Is there on-site storage?
The Eaton Center offers secure climate controlled and non-climate controlled storage. Our storage areas are conveniently located close to our loading docks and elevators.
Is there a conference room?
Yes, The Eaton Center boasts a state of the art Conference Center with satellite capabilities and on-site catering.
What lease terms are available?
The Eaton Center strives to create a lease that works for you. We offer anywhere from 30-day to 30-year leases. We are confident that we can offer a lease, short term or long term, to meet your unique needs.
Are office suites furnished?
The Eaton Center offers furnished and unfurnished office spaces, as well as Flex Space for your expansion needs. Full-design construction services are also available.
How is energy factored into Eaton Center Leases?
The Eaton Center leases carry an energy surcharge that is calculated per square foot and added to your monthly rent.
What size office suites are available?
With offices as small as 100 square feet and as large as 10,000 square feet, The Eaton Center has space to fit every need in one convenient location.
What are The Eaton Center’s hours of operation?
The Eaton Center’s Administration and Leasing offices are open Mon – Fri 8am – 4pm, however, the building is accessible to our tenants 24/7 via our state of the art card access systems.
What’s the average rent per square foot?
The Eaton Center offers a wide range of lease rates, based on many variables, such as the size of the suite and location within the complex. All leases are tailored to suit the unique needs and individual budgets of our tenants.
Are phone and internet services included with the lease?
The Eaton Center leases do not include Telephone, Data or Internet services. However, VoIP, Hi-Speed Data, and Fiber Optic Services (FIOS) are conveniently available through our partners: Finger Lakes Technologies, Time Warner, Spectrum and Frontier.
What additional services are available?
The Eaton Center offers additional amenities including fax and photocopying services, paper shredding, FedEx daily pick up, materials shipping/receiving and Dry Storage with Fire Protection. A Fitness Center, cafe, onsite catering, a vending area and ATM machine are also available.
What’s included with monthly rent?
The Eaton Center provides a full-time receptionist to facilitate secure mail and package handling, daily FedEx pickup and delivery, and to provide personalized telephone answering services. Tenants are also prominently listed in our lobby and elevator directories, as well as on our website. The Eaton Center provides 24-Hour building access via secure card access systems. Onsite maintenance and janitorial services and ample parking are included.
